Privacy Policy.

Account information. When you sign in with Microsoft we receive your name and email address. We don’t see or store your Microsoft password.

Your documents and results. The land-record documents you upload and the abstracts, flags, and exports the service produces from them.

Billing information. Payments run through Stripe. Stripe holds your card details; we store only what we need to manage your subscription (customer and subscription identifiers, invoice status, usage counts).

Usage and logs. Standard service logs (requests, errors, processing events) used to operate, secure, and improve the service, plus a small number of cookies: your session, your theme preference, and a signed device cookie that enforces the free-trial limit.

To provide the service (reading your documents and producing your results), to bill your subscription and metered usage, to respond when you contact us, to send service emails (like demo-booking confirmations), and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. And your documents are never used to train any AI model - not ours, and not any third party’s. They are processed only to produce your own results.

Verdex runs on Microsoft Azure in the United States. The services that touch your data are:

Microsoft Azure - application hosting, encrypted document storage, and database. Azure AI services - document OCR and Azure-hosted AI models that perform the extraction; per Microsoft’s terms, prompts and documents sent to these services are not used to train the underlying models. Microsoft Entra - sign-in. Stripe - payments. Azure Communication Services - outbound email.

Your documents and results are retained while your account is active so your workspace keeps working. Close your account or email us and we will delete your stored documents and personal data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (like invoices).

Everything is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access is restricted, and every extracted value stays traceable to its source document. No system is perfectly secure, but security choices here are deliberate and reviewed.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time - email hello@verd3x.com and we’ll handle it. Depending on where you live, these rights may also be backed by law; we honor them regardless.

The service is built for professional business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we make material changes we’ll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. The “last updated” date above always tells you the current version. See also our Terms of Service.
